Our Adults Ukulele Classes are the very same fun, beginner-friendly program that hundreds of adults have enjoyed through our popular Sip & Strum classes. You'll learn the same songs, techniques, and relaxed teaching style you know and love...just in community locations instead of venues serving alcoholic beverages.

Over the years, we've received many requests for a class like this, and we're excited to finally offer it! Whether you'd rather meet at a community center, coffee shop, or another local gathering place, this class is designed to bring people together through music in a welcoming, comfortable environment.

No musical experience? No problem!
​
Our classes are designed specifically for beginners, and we'll guide you step by step as you learn chords, strumming patterns, and songs you'll actually want to play. Most of our students have never picked up a ukulele before their first class.

If you've been looking for a fun hobby, a chance to meet new people, or simply an enjoyable evening out, we'd love to welcome you.

Meet The Teachers
Meet husband and wife team and owners of Beachside Music Lessons & Therapy. Ashlee is a Board Certified Music Therapist and Private Music Teacher with over 17 year of experience. Ashlee is a graduate of FSU and a local, born and raised in NSB. Eliott is a private music teacher and specializes in working with seniors and children. Eliott studied composition and theory at UF (yep, we are a house divided!). Eliott has studied music for most of his life and performed in many prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall. Eliott is also a local Floridian and grew up in Vero Beach. Eliott and Ashlee are more than just skilled musicians, their passion is to teach each student the joy of playing the ukulele. They believe in making learning music easy and fun for all ages and abilities. Ashlee and Eliott have taught hundreds of adults how to play the ukulele!

What's the cost?
This Sip & Strum class includes over 3 hours of professional instruction, a chord chart, a music folder, and 4–5 songs for $145. Some classes also include beverages or other venue-specific perks. Please check your registration page to see what's included with your selected class.
Bring your own ukulele, or rent one of ours for the duration of class (see registration for rental details).

Invite your family, friends, a significant other, or come make a new friend during this fun class. This class will leave you knowing how to strum and play several new songs. Sign-up now! Class is limited to 15-20 adults (depending on the venue hosting) to ensure everyone
gets individual help. Our classes usually sell out!
